- Not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices
- Pay applicable listing fees in accordance with your chosen subscription plan
6. Listing Fees and Payments
Service providers are required to purchase a listing plan to appear on the platform. All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Island Experts reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis u2014 please contact support for assistance.
7. Content and Listings
All provider profiles are reviewed and approved by Island Experts before going live. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any listing or content that:
- Contains false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Is offensive, inappropriate, or harmful
- Infringes on the rights of any third party
